We're Cooked
A chaotic cooking game where you need to feed your patrons! Resources are scarce in space, but no worries! Your little space restaurant has nestled itself right between a shipping lane of two wealthy planets. All you need to do is steal a couple asteroid shipments to get supplies! Then you can go over and cook up the customers requested food. Make sure to fulfill their orders in a nice and timely order, as they're real impatient. And remember... Three strikes and you're fired!
In this game you must work in parallel to complete each order, preferably with some friends! Work to keep your ingredients stockpiled all the while completing each and every order that comes
Controls
- (Player 1 must use keyboard) WASD: movement, Q: cancel/back, E: interact

How to Play
- Read orders from the tickets on the counter. All interactions require you to face the thing you want to interact with, then pressing the interact button.
- Pick up ingredients from the crates with the interact button. Some ingredients need to be cooked (check controls menu for recipes) by hitting interact button next to the needed alien cookery.
- Using the interact button, you can place items on the counter plates. To combine, while holding one of the ingredients, interact with the other on the counter.
- Serve the customers by pressing the interact button next to the ticket with the same food in your hand that's on the ticket.
- Use the chicken trashcan to throw away burnt ingredients by hitting interact.
- While holding the food that's displayed on the monitor nearby, enter the UFO to play the delivery minigame (not required, but gives point bonus). Dodge asteroid while following the arrow. Touch the asteroid with the flag to deliver the food, then return to base. If the UFO was destroyed, press the "Tow UFO" button with interact button to respawn it.

Fun game, I enjoyed the fast-paced vibe of it. Controls were usually good but could use a bit of tweaking, maybe use keys on the other side of the keyboard for the interact button since it is used so much (or at least have an option). Art style is charming and easy to understand quickly, but could use animations. Maybe an upgrade system as well? Since so many orders and only 2 grills and 2 ovens, maybe pay points to add more or make it cook faster, etc. Other than what I've stated, the game is really fun. I like to come back to it every so often when I'm feeling for a fast pace food management sim.
So many parallel things packed into this game, that I couldn’t even touch the UFO while being overrun in the kitchen/gathering area!
Art is really nice and I enjoyed the funny kitchen appliances you made up. The funny fat bird being the bin and the spit dino being the drink dispenser set a cool tone to the restaurant.
Enjoyed running around frantically, when I ran out if ingredients, sadly had to cut early because for some reason I got motion sick while playing, but that is probably on me and not the game.
Well done entry with a cool integration of the theme!
